Focused intention

Focused intention affects reality. We meld into the changing cosmos though our conscious breath. Awareness of body sense releases energy into the moment allowing acts that change. Listening to the inner cosmic sound opens deep being. Alignment with the Green Earth opens Her healing path. Sounding deeply vibrates the path and eases opening. Moving in awareness allows deep expression . Listening to dreams is a sacred duty. Withheld emotion can flow and wash rigid views into motion. Weaving all into one fabric is a lifetimes work.
